Review Summary

This cruise was specifically chosen to also appeal to our 10 year old son. It had a water slide and the kid camp. However, the water slide did not work the entire time and the kid camp events were way too young for a 10 year old boy. One night they only watched a movie, one had already see. I pulled him out to see one of the shows instead. Needless to say, he didn't have has much fun as it was advertised on the website. Will not do this cruise again for his sake.

Ship Experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Food was amazing. But the breakfast buffet was gross. Recommend breakfast in the dining room.

Great for adults. Lousy for kids.

Children's Programs

Our 10 year old son is used to much more physical activity (he's a baseball player) and has always played with older kids. He would have been more suited for the next older group. I recommend they allow the parent and child at 10 or 11 years old to choose which group. Our son felt the activities for him were too childish. And since he had been looking forward to the water slide\, he was totally disappointed when it didn't work the entire trip. This was not a fun cruise for him.
