Awesome Cruise!

Room Type: Oceanview

We missed our 11:40am flight home because we were not permitted to get off the ship until 10:30am. We docked in the port of Miami at 8am and by the time port authority cleared us to exit the ship it was 9:30am. They release people to exit based on the deck they were "living" on for the weekend. We were on the last floor to be released even though we had what was considered an early flight. We brought this to the attention of the cruise director several times and he assured us that we would have plenty of time to make our flight. We booked our flight and cruise at the same time to help prevent an issue like this, thinking that we surely wouldn't be booked on a flight we couldn't make. By the time we cleared customs and made it to the airport it was 11:25am.

Pros: Most of the staff were very friendly, the food was really good and something for everyone!

Cons: The debarkation process could use a little improvement. Early flights should be permitted to exit first instead of releasing people by the deck they "lived" on for the cruise.
