Wonderful 4 Day Getaway

Sail Date: March 19, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

The ship met our vacation needs and we would return to Carnival and/or The Imagination ship!

Pros: Food variety and quality, entertainment, overall service, cleanliness,

Cons: Only one pool, same movies played most of week

Recommends Carnival Imagination? Yes!

Ship Quality
Outstanding facilities that were all clean including including workout facilities and a jogging tracking at the top of the boat overlooking the ocean! There needed to be another pool even if small that was adults only. One pool on the whole ship was not enough. There was a fun water slide.
Food and Dining
You can eat whenever you choose or at set times in a more formal dining room setting. ALL food is included anytime. Great variety and very good overall food quality.
Cabin / Stateroom
I wish we had a balcony which was extra. It seems like other cruise ships we walked past in ports have more balconies.
Service and Staff
Service from the waiters, bartenders, cleaning staff, to guest services is outstanding!
We really enjoyed the comedy shows, poolside activities and contests, and other activities/games that are mixed in throughout every day. The cruise directors do an outstanding job of organizing and completing activities.
