The overall cruise was great and the boat was kept very clean. The food was pretty good and always available. Our room steward was excellent. Carnival really needs to evalute the female staff that assist with the muster drill, entertainment and directions. They were extremely rude and seemed grumpy. If it was my ship I would make sure I hired friendly, and personable staff. When we were late arriving into Cozumel and we were trying to Embark the staff representative yelled at us as if we were children.
