We were happy we took the cruise, though the seas were a bit rough, but not due to the crew but a cold front coming through. I wanted to snorkel but not the best time of year. A spring or summer cruise would be better. We liked both ports--Key West and Cozumel. The ship was extremely crowded with people bumping into us and problems finding table and seats for buffet. Food was excellent, service very good. Beautiful view from outside decks, walking around and our port window. Beds comfortable. Due to many young people on board, ship was noisy for sleeping. Didn't like constant announcements that woke use in morning.

Food and Dining

Lots of great places to eat. Loved the food bar that you could eat a large variety of healthy food and snacks. Didn't like restaurant because waiters sang and danced. I wanted a quiet meal for conversation.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
The comedians used profanity and adult themes instead of being funny. Music and dancing were for younger people. Pools too small and hot tubs always crowded.

Service and Staff

The man in charge of our room was cheerful, helpful and friendly.

Great window view. Was glad to have two rooms together which we didn't expect. Shower a bit too small.

Pros: Excellent service for our restauran sit down meal, loved the towels made into animals in our room at night

Cons: Not enough variety of onboard activities for people our age (55-65)

Recommends Carnival Imagination? No.
