Carnival Imagination Cruise Review to Caribbean - Bahamas
Review SummaryThe ship was smaller than others we have sailed on. The staff was curtious but the impression was that they were very tired and not at all happy that we were there. They said thank you, but their actions were quite the opposite, especially the dining room staff. On debarkation the female staff member that was to help the people who were carrying their luggage said to one of the passengers that was lost, " You can stay here, but we are going to. Where were we? Oh, ya we are going to Mexico in a few hours so you need to go". She did not help her find her way, but the passenger starting walking back to her room. The waiters in the dining room seemed very stressed, did not have enough help, did not make themselves available for more water or tea, we needed to ask for our menus, and finally on the last night, the waiter forgot the desert. One of the waiteress's was dishelved for the breakfast passengers and acted like we were such an inconvenience.
Food and Dining
Service and Staff
Cabin / Stateroom
Pros: Not planning a meal
Cons: In the past staff would wait for passengers to pass in the hall or stairs. This time the staff pushed their way through or around us. Does this have to do with tipping already included? Or, are not as professional as they used to be?
