This was my 2nd cruise, the first being with Royal Carribean.Carnival did not disappoint.Embarkation was executed with military precision.Staff were very well organised and we were on the ship within half an hour. Our cabin was a good size with a big window overlooking the sea.Balconies were available on the upper decks for a higher price. The bathroom was a good size with a fantastic shower that was better than a lot of hotels i have stayed in! the room itself had plenty of storage space and a small tv mounted in the corner. The bed was extremely comfortable. The ship itself met our expectations. There was plenty to do,lots of both indoor and outdoor activities and opportunities to meet new people. The staff were all friendly, courteous and well trained.Restaurants included the usual table set up for dinner where casual and smart attire could be worn and 2 other marvellous buffet restaurants serving dishes such as grouper with fennel and pernod sauce, along with huge salad bars with the most amazing array of mixed plates.Other dining choices included a sushi bar,24 hour pizzeria and toasted sandwich bar.The food was exceptional. There were plenty of sunloungers and 2 jacuzzi tubs (one in the adults only serenity deck) and several swimming pools and a feature water slide.
