OK for a first cruise

This was our first cruise, so here's our first impressions...The staff/crew were great, very energetic. I was warned about all the food and how many pounds I might pack on, but actually found very little food that was that exciting. Dinner was fine, breakfast was fair (especially in the dinning room). It was a little annoying that the Dinning staff waited until enough people were seated per section/area before coming to take orders. Makes things easier for them, but often meant a longer wait. We were re-directed due to Hurricane Rina, and we were updated very well and often, which was helpful in making plans.

Pros: Energetic staff

Cons: food options, show options

Recommends Carnival Imagination? Yes!

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Food was fine, but nothing memorable.
Entertainment
Several "activities", but not very many shows. Comedians weren't very funny.
Service and Staff
Very good staff, energetic and helpful.
Cabin / Stateroom
Nice, clean room. The housekeeping staff was very good.
Key West, Florida
Very nice experience. Make sure to visit Caroline's for lunch/dinner. AMAZING food.
Don't Miss: Caroline's restaurant. Order the fish sandwich.
