Food was disgusting and low quality. Ship was outdated and smelled. The temperature was hot and damp in the ship. Very uncomfortable. The pool area did not have enough lounges for all the guests. Many guest had to lay on the deck. Entertainment very poor; high school quality. When you calculate that you can not eat the food nor sleep comfortably this was a very bad value.

The swimming with the dolphins was disappointing. It was more like pat the dolphins. Expensive and low quality. Cozumel is super dirty and the locals were very unfriendly; like they don't like americans.

Pros: nothing

Cons: Everything
