Room Type: Inside

While my wife and I were thrilled to be going on our first cruise, we were very disappointed in the Carnival Imagination. The ship is quite small compared to others and was way over crowded. The food was awful. The buffets were always cold, the food in the dining room was terrible, and the room service got our order wrong both times we ordered it. The debarkation process was awful. My wife literally got trounced as we were trying to get our luggage.

Pros: The excursions, destinations, and service.

Cons: The food and crowded.

Recommends Carnival Imagination? No.

Ship Quality
The size of the ship vs. the size of the crowd made the ship almost unbearable to be on.
Food and Dining
Terrible... terrible... terrible. Food was not good, cold, and, typically, our order was wrong.
Cabin / Stateroom
Loved our quaint room and was always clean.
Service and Staff
The staff was always helpful and friendly.
Lots of options.
Key West, Florida
We got there at 8AM and had to leave at 12:00PM - therefore nothing was really open.
Cozumel, Mexico
Loved the excursion we took (Snorkel, sail, and beach) and the shopping.
Don't Miss: Shop on the Strip!
