Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Inside

Very clean and kept up. Staff was always cleaning the ship, you room. Loved the towel characters each night. Staff was wonderful and paid attention to your needs. Dining staff was wonderful. I asked for a receipe for a dessert and the next night the waitress had it for me. Excellent customer service and very upbeat.

Pros: Activities

Cons: Comedian Pretty Paul Parsons-Not funny and very nasty

Recommends Carnival Imagination? Yes!

Service and Staff
Always coming around asking if they can help you and they shared their personal lives with you.
Food and Dining
Dining staff I loved and they had excellent customer service. They even entertained you each night by dancing. We ate Pride dinining at 6:00 PM.
Ship Quality
Children's Programs
Great shows and great comedian Al Romero. Cruise Director-Tory and her staff made it lots of fun. Would recommend not having Pretty Paul Parsons back-He was very nasty-not in good taste and people where living in the middle of the show.
Cabin / Stateroom
Kind of small for 5 people. But we made it work.
Nassau, Bahamas
Sea Word Explorer was great to go out in the water and see homes and we got to go udner water in a boat and see marine life.
Don't Miss: Water Cruises
