Carnival Cruise Imagination

Sail Date: May 31, 2010

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

The ship was one of the cleaniest ships I've ever been on! There were workers who cleaned every inch of the ship 24 hours of the day. The food was okay; definately not gourmet but it was decent. The drink varieties were limited as were food choices. There was always plenty to do and there was never a dull moment.

Pros: Food, Service, Cleanliness

Cons: Lack of variety

Recommends Carnival Imagination? Yes!

Food and Dining
The food was okay. There was very little to choose from. The water began to taste funny after a few days, which made the food taste strange.
Service and Staff
The staff was great especially the cleaning crews!
Cabin / Stateroom
The rooms were very nice! First class quality even in second class rooms.
Children's Programs
Small children to teenagers could find something entertaining and fun to do regardless the time!
Entertainment
There was always something for you to do regardless of your age. Kids were catrered to as well as adults of all ages.
Ship Quality
The ship was plenty large enough with the exception of the pool and jogging deck. It was VERY clean as I have said. There were tons of bars, but only 2 dining areas, one being formal and the other was buffet.
Cozumel, Mexico
We took a taxi that was not with Carnival which made the tour of Cozumel absolutely amazing! Cozumel was a great destination overall.
Don't Miss: The Mayan Ruins, Shops, and Beaches
Key West, Florida
It was fun to stop in Key West- its an amazing place to spend some time- but there wasnt quite enough time to do anything.
Don't Miss: Shops, Hemmingway House, and Pirate Museum
