This was our first cruise with Carnival and we would return. The service was unbelivable. Everyone was so helpful and the ship was clean and had everything we wanted. We were travelling with out children and at times enjoyed the serenity deck but also enjoyed the entertainment on the Lito Deck at times. I must admit we did get lost a few times but it gave us a chance to see all of the ship. The cleanliness of the ship was outstanding. I think it was cleaner than my bathroom at home (and it's immuculate). We thought the size of the ship was quite good. Very easy access off and on.

Enjoyed our visit to Tulum but it took too long to get there. On a boat for 45 min and then 30 min on the bus. They gave us snacks going back but not healthy ones. Enjoyed the ruins but didn't have time to swim and shop. Our ship was late coming in so our time was short at the ruins. Would have liked more time to see some of the shops in Cozumel. Did not have a good impression of Cozumel. Seemed dirty.

Loved Key West. We had been there before so we chose to shop around and have coffee on the street. It was a little too early for all the stores to be open but that's okay. Enjoyed sitting at Mallory Square
Don't Miss: We liked Jimmy Buffets restaurant and the furthest point on the Keys

Pros: Ship was very clean and quite beautiful. Had everything we wanted and could imagine. Very attractive.

Cons: There were non. We loved everything about the cruise
