3 out of 5

tipical shorter cruise

Sail Date: September 01, 2006

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Oceanview

After sailing on carnival numerus times, old vessels and newer. It would be nice to have newer ships and imenities, on 5 night as you would expect on 7 night cruise. Only time you could get a good fresh meal would be in the main dinning room. Cruises use to be known for plenty of good food. What happened to the buffets?????

Pros: not as crowded at main pool as larger ships

Cons: furniture in cabins old and (very used) hard to open and close drawers, repair work in process at stage at main pool all week, had to see work crew in an area where you would want to relax. Lines to long to in port for leaving ship and returing.

Recommends Carnival Imagination? No.
