Review Summary

We had a awesome time, but on a global perspective, we enjoyed Royal Caribbean more, it seems to be a "classier" experience and there are not as many kids running around.

Ship Experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
HIt and miss on the food quality, however on formal night, we had steak and lobster tail and it was amazing!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
We knew much of the staff by the time we left the ship, and they call you by first name when they see you, which is nice.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Layout is a bit odd, but the ship overall was great

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Very clean room, very comfortable and our room steward did a great job

Ports Of Call

Ocho Rios, Jamaica

3 out of 5
Biggest waste of time was being constantly harassed by locals to buy things. If you go to the mall right off the port, you will have the best experience, there the stores are what you are used to, professionals not random locals. Plus they have some pretty decent prices on items.
Don't Miss: Climbing Dunns River Falls

George Town, Grand Cayman

5 out of 5
Great place, I had never visited before. I liked it better than Jamaica because it is more established and you don't have people harassing you to buy things. You might get harassed by taxi drivers, but that's about it. We went to the public beach area and ate lunch and had drinks at a tiki bar right on the beach and it was great!
Don't Miss: Relaxing on the nice beaches

Pros: Great service, pretty good casino and Jorge, the cruise director, was awesome!

Cons: Too many kids, bar prices pretty high

Recommends Carnival Imagination? Yes!
