Good crew but terrible food + passengers

We recommend that you filter the kind of people that come on as passengers. Also the food was awful you need to really serve edible food. There needs to be a 'quietzone' on board for people who require to get away from the noise around. The crew and staff however made up for the above as they were extremely friendly and accomodating. However, your room service is terrible. Spa is good as far as treatments are concerned but the staff is too pushy about selling products which is annoying. Also your cleanliness in the Spa is questionable.

Pros: Staff and crew very polite, friendly and helpful also spa treatments good

Cons: Food was awful, helpings small, very uncouth passengers and spa staff very pushy about buying products

Recommends Carnival Imagination? No.

Food and Dining
Inedible food, hardly ate as quality and choice of food rather poor. Ambiance was quite tacky.
Cabin / Stateroom
Staterooms were terrible and decor was disgusting. Cleanliness was questionable.
Boring and cheesy
Ship Quality
Terrible decor in rooms, we were put in an awful small suite. Not worth the money.
Service and Staff
Can not say anything negative about the very friendly and helpful staff.
