Loved every minute. We enjoyed the comedy shows, the trivia, food and entertainment. Will try to book on the Horizon if it changes ports of call

No complaints on food. Literally everything we had was good, slushee drinks (pina coladas, strawberry daiquiri ect) tasted great but virtually no alcohol so if you don’t have the Cheers don’t waste your money. Check bars for happy hours, the casino bar was 50% off certain drink beers and wine embarkation day from 12-2 so that was NICE!
Didn’t eat any meals off the Lido buffet. Had breakfast on sea day in the main dining room and it was amazing. Breakfast all other days was at the Blue Cantina, huevos rancheros are on homemade tortillas and are literally amazing, burritos not so much.
Lunch was either Guys or the Cafe they have so many different sandwiches to choose from but their fries were always cold. Ask for the potato salad it was really good. Tried Chopsticks once and it wasn’t bad

Not one complaint of the staff, only that we saw dirty dishes in tables for some time but not an issue as there was plenty of other tables

No issues with anything in the cabin everything worked great. Bed was not as comfy as the Horizon but didn’t wake up sore. Great pillows.
Ship tip
Be open minded if there’s too many kids go to Serenity if you don’t like one place to eat find another. Don’t let the little things ruin your vacation
This port was just ok. We had a super windy day so they closed the beach to swimmers and all water excursions. We took a private taxi and visited some local sports did the tequila tour which was neat
Hired a personal van and 17 of us visited the Blue Hole which was amazing and I definitely recommend it. Water was cold. Jump off the rope you won’t regret it
We’re going first time on the Horizon in 43 days. Can’t wait! Very nice you liked the ship and the overall experience!😁
We will definitely explore eating options other than the buffet.😊👍
