Disorganized, workers would send you to the opposite end of terminal where it was bottle necked due to groups & tours boarding when remaining terminal was clear of passengers

Food was wonderful, buffet left much to be desired. A ship of this size and carnival was only operating 1/2 of the buffet. Needless to say we avoided this area.

Staff in main dining were awesome! Room steward Roselyn was great, keep a clean & tidy room as well as always all smiles when we saw her in the halls!
Bar staff left much to be desired! Most acted as if it was trouble to assist you & heaven help if you ask for a soda! Waitstaff running around pool decks were great, friendly, just had to cover a lot of territory and took a while for return.

Amazingly clean, lay out was a bit chopped up took a while to navigate where you were trying to go. I can’t believe the lack of bar assistance in or near the buffet. To get a drink other then fake juice or coffee you had to track a mile & hope you food wasn’t cold when you finally got your drink! Install soda machines as you did the beer machines in the buffet!!!!! Norwegian & Royal Caribbean have been doing this for years! Catch up carnival! Absolutely love the Destination Elevators, except for luggage day (but that’s always crazy)

New mattresses, fridge in room (wasn’t expecting in an interior) very accommodating!

Deck 6 go all the forward & venture outside! Amazing view and always quiet with no passengers!
We did the mystic mountain sky lift! Was a beautiful site! Good recommend for people who just wanna see the views spend some pool time (waterslids & bobsled ride were a little over rated but fun with kids)
Grand Cayman is always laidback & beautiful! Took a overrated trip to Hell & a wonderful trip to the Turtle reservation. Good shopping good food! Loved it!
They tried to organize it, but sent people all over the ship to wait! Then you had to fight for elevators to self assist your own luggage! Seriously should have had self assist gather on a floor to be able to exit smoothly. I can see having people with checked luggage meet on Deck 5 in a hallway or lounge to disembark. Then announcements weren’t made to let people know when sections could proceed to the exits. this seemed to be a big issue on port days to. Lack of announcements for the all clear to exit.
