I was disappointed in the ship not informing the passengers of the time change in Nassau, which caused me to miss my shore excursion. After I tried to contact the guest services desk there was no posted number. The service in the dinning room was not very good, I had to track down a waiter many times just to get water refill or tea.

Sorry it wasn’t what you expected! My recollection is that there is a decanter of water on your table so you can serve yourself. We had ours replenished as needed.
Something is not adding up right. According to your cruise history on July 14th you were supposed to be on the Carnival Vista sailing out of Galveston going to the Western Caribbean
