As I stated in my review of the cleanliness of the ship, I slipped and fell the first night. No one from the staff came over to help me. Other passengers were there around me, helping me. The staff was nearby but wasn't concerned at all. I insisted on being seen by the ship's doctor. I have not asked Carnival for any compensation, but my phone was damaged in the fall and I would like it cleaned/ fixed, but Carnival refuses to fix it. (ice cream got into the parts of the phone)

Our room steward was wonderful and our cruise director, Cookie, was the BEST. However, the other ship personnel after my fall were not very friendly.

On our first night the ice cream machine in the buffet area was malfunctioning and there was melted ice cream on the deck. I didn't noticed it until I was walking past and my feet slipped out from under me and I landed on my back and hit my head, as well. The attitude of the staff and Carnival was "sorry you fell".
Cabin / Stateroom

A little "dated" and had a funny smell. There was a pipe above our balcony that was leaking water so we couldn't sit outside. They patched it up with duct tape the second day and after that it was OK.
Ship tip
Go to the sea day brunch on sea days, it's nice and relaxing and you don't have to fight the buffet crowds.
