I am very disappointed with carnival on this trip, I went to the reception to talk about the change of itinerary made and the lady on guess Services working at that moment was extremely rude. I understand that the change was needed for our security, however, customers have questions and concerns that need to be listened.

There are many other nicer ways that you can treat customers that are spending a lot of monies and days with carnival and they are expecting the best customer service and care

 

Very very dispointed.. I can’t believe this from carnival…

They Cruise was change it from Belize and Roatan to Freeport and Nassau. I think they should select another place similar than the designated place. Not that disgusting places. Very disappointed with Carnival

The cruise was change to Freeport, disgusting. The people in Freeport are so rude and nothing to do in there. I will never again go back.

The cruise was change to Nassau. The people in Nassau are a little better. I will never again go back, I don’t feel save for my families and me.
