Dissapointment

Sail Date: August 01, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

Clean\, Comfortable but Poor Dining Room Service and Personnel Training and Food Quality.

I don't understand Carnival since they own other Cruise lines that train their staff so much better and that the food quality is much better ...... WHY don't the train better and BUY higher quality food ........ the cost should be minimal!

Pros: Room Stewart

Cons: Dining Room Service and the Food

Recommends Carnival Glory? No.

Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
My room Stewart was excellent. About half of the dining room wait-staff that we interacted with were pleasant and competent; however\, the other half were just plain discourteous and rude.
