Ship: Carnival Glory

Ship is nice but you can tell it is getting older. Our balcony room was larger than expected. Bathroom had some issues. It smelled of urine despite it looking clean. The shower had a leak that required a service call. Other cruise lines give you temperature/weather information through the TV so you can plan/dress properly for the day. This ship did not have that feature.

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was good but not amazing. Buffet was less than average. The dining room was average or slightly above. Buffet areas had a lot of dirty tables that were slow to be cleaned. Finding a table was difficult.

Few real shows. Lack of entertainment was a downer.

Children's Programs

3 out of 5
Kids had a good time. Staff was not the friendliest\, however.

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
Crew was not the friendliest. Rarely did crew say hello or smile in the halls\, publics areas. Room staff was very nice.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
Ship size was fine. Not so large that it takes forever to get places. Crew works had to keep her clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Size was bigger than expected. You could see it is getting older and itemsinthe room are worn out or show their age. Bathroom needed an in-cruise repair and always filled with water when using the shower.

Pros: Departure from NYC

Cons: Needs more night entertainment\, lack of sit down full service lunch\, staff needs to be nicer.

Recommends Carnival Glory? Yes!
