Great ship

Sail Date: February 01, 2013

Reviewed: 3 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Oceanview

Crew was great, bent over backward to do whatever they could to make our cruise pleasant.
Food was excellent in main dining room and good in the buffet and various areas. Drinks were expensive but we don't drink a lot so not much of a problem.

Pros: Food was great in the main dining room

Cons: We had a stateroom that was noisy, never had that happen before

Recommends Carnival Glory? Yes!

Ship Quality
Very clean and emphasis on washing hands and using antibacterial lotion which was readily available. Had been on this ship last fall so was familiar with most everything.
Food and Dining
Yum!
Cabin / Stateroom
The only complaint was music that started at night and also a loud clanging and grinding that lasted most of the night. The crew tried to discover the source, don't know if they ever did. Have taken approx. 9 cruises and the only time it was noisy at night. We were given a credit but would have preferred quiet. Everything else was great!
Service and Staff
Great staff, always trying to please.
