decent cruise, problematic execution
Carnival Glory Cruise Review to Canada, New England, New York

Review SummaryThe ship is fine, but nothing remarkable. It's pleasant, reasonably clean, and the staterooms are pleasant. The low rating above is more related to the execution of the cruise itself--it was a string of problems including sailing out a day late due at least in part to avoidable factors (they forgot to plan around whale migration patterns), arriving late to every port (causing excursions to have to be shortened), and lackluster service on-board, esp in the dining rooms. You can still have a good time on the boat, but it won't feel like a special experience. We probably won't sail with Carnival again based on this experience.
Special plug for Peggy's cove at Halifax though--gorgeous. would have liked to spend longer there!
