Loved it - not long enough

Sail Date: March 11, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Inside

Loved the dining room staff. The cruise ship was always clean, every where. Food was very good, sometimes great. I had a small issue with the shower head not staying in place, and it was fixed within 5 minutes of telling staff. Absolutely loved our room steward.

Pros: upper golden dining room staff, and excursions.

Cons: room service

Children's Programs
Both of my kids loved the kids clubs, I have a 13 year old boy and a 16 year old girl. They loved it. However, I am glad that they did the excursions with us as a family. While on the boat they spent time with their new friends. But we always had dinner and the big show together. it was a good time for everyone.
Service and Staff
Staff in the Red Sail area, etc. could be more friendly. They kind of acted like zombies just doing their jobs. Never greeted, never really helpful. Just served food and bussed tables. Didn't seem to care about the guests.
Ship Quality
Food and Dining
Amazed at how smart the staff was. Told them our names once, and they remembered each persons name and how they like their meat cooked. Loved Vladimer, Ivo, Carlos, and Gede. They were wonderful.
Cabin / Stateroom
Loved Febree, our steward.
