8 Night Eastern Caribbean (Miami Roundtrip)
Sail Date: December 18, 2011
Ship: Carnival Glory
Cabin Type: Balcony
Traveled As: Family (young children)
Reviewed: 5 years ago
Overall we enjoyed the size of the ship. It was in very good condition, nicely decorated for Christmas.

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
My only complaint is that on the formal nights people were not turned away from the dining room wearing t-shirts and jogging pants. If they don't make the effort to dress accordingingly they should be asked to eat at the buffet, when they are dressed that casual it is not even considered "smart casual" never mind formal. Our family made a point of having the children in shirts, ties and dress shoes.

Entertainment

Enjoyed the entertainment, good variety.

Children's Programs

Service and Staff

Ship Quality

Good layout, easy to find your way around the ship. Very clean, well maintained.

Cabin / Stateroom

Very good

Pros: Food and ports visited

Cons: Don't like that you have to buy soda
