We went on The Glory Nov.28th thru Dec. 5th. The ship was very clean and well maintained. We cruise often and have gone on several other cruise lines. Our main complaint that we have is the staff was not friendly, seemed to be a traing cruise. We only heard the Captain make two announcements the entire week. In the dining several times did not get items we requested for dinner, they seemed to forget. We went to play bingo one night and they ran out of bingo cards and were told we could not play, when asked what happened was told it was not her fault and she just walked away. Why not be prepared. The cruise director was not heard from except on the first and last day. We have never had these problems on the other ships that we have cruised with Carnival, so we will go again, but not on The Glory. If this had been our first cruise probably would not go again. We were supposed to dock in Mexico and be in town, then that was changed and had to take a taxi, again this happened in Grand Cayman, had to pay an additionl $20.00 to go to town, some families did not go because of the additional cost. Our room stewart was excellent, but we traveled with other people and it seemed that everthing that happened to them was the same as us, just a comedy of errors. WAS THIS A TRAINING CRUISE??
