This was our first cruise. The service of both the stewards and the wait staff was incredible. Also, the hostess went out of her way to accomodate my food allergy by going over the menu each day with me for that evening's meal. She even let the Steak House know about it when we were dining up there. Speaking of the steak house, the steaks did not have a great flavor. The appetizers, service and desserts at the Steak House were awesome. The length of stay in Nassau seemed kind of long (2 days). Another day at sea would have been nice. The comedians were great. The shows were ok. We had a technical difficulty during "Justin Illusion" that was never explained. The debarkation process, was very, very slow. We assume that it was Customs that caused the delay. We were supposed to depart at 0945 and didn't until 1145. Gary, our cruise director was also great. He took his family on our snorkeling excursion, and seemed to have a great time there!

Pros: The Service

Cons: The steaks at the Emerald Steak House were not great

Recommends Carnival Glory? Yes!

Ship Quality
Very clean and well organized
Food and Dining
Food in the Platinum dining room was great! Patricia the hostess bent over backwards to accomodate my food allergy. I Made was a great head waiter and was always right there with anything we needed!
Cabin / Stateroom
It was very nice. Next time, we'll get a balcony, though. The steward staff was also incredible! It is amazing that they memorize our names!
Service and Staff
Patricia, our hostess, bent over backwards to accomodate my food allergy. Gary was so funny!
The games and shows were incredible! Also, the comedians were very funny.
Freeport, Grand Bahama Island
The snorkeling trip was great! That is all we had time for.
Nassau, Bahamas
The Blue Lagoon was ok, but crowded and a long boat ride. The Glass Bottom Boat was also very crowded and not very clear. The Atlantis Tour was nice, but we could have done it on our own for cheaper. It seemed that we spent too long there.
