The staff really strives to make your experience personal, Room service wasn't impressive at all but it was the only thing that I did not absolutely enjoy. Our room was spotless twice a day when they come to make the beds and when they come to turn them down. For the price we payed the experience was far beyond my personal expectations! The other frustration was kids in the adult only areas and that staff did not enforce the signs but again minimal disappointment.
