Glad we took this Cruise!

Sail Date: March 31, 2007

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family w/older children

Room Type: Balcony

This is a beautiful ship, balcony stateroom was well worth it. All of the crew that we interacted with were great and were going out there way to see that they exceeded our expectations.

Pros: The general ambiance all around the ship.

Cons: Geeting up early to reserve deck lounges on at sea days.

Recommends Carnival Glory? Yes!

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Decent shopping, big crowds. (Shops will sell you things you can not take home so be careful) You need to get out of the shopping area. We went to Trunk Beach...yup...right out of the postcards. Boatrdie there and back was scenic and worth it alone. Beach was very pretty. Would could not snorkel beacause they did not have enough equipment...but we knew we were there on one of their busiest days.
Don't Miss: Take the trip to Trunk Beach on St. John.
Nassau, Bahamas
Been therre before. Stop was only a couple of hours. We are not big fans of Nassau. We walked past all the hustlers and did a little shopping. Not enough time to see a lot of the sites. We did not take any excusions here.

Very scenic harbor. Again..get past the shopping and get to the beach. We had lunch under the Palm trees, on the beach with live music. Was great! Taake the cab round trip to Phillipsburg and you will have plenty of time to enjoy yourself.
Don't Miss: We went on the America's Cup 12 Meter sailing adventure. Could have used a little more wind but just the same it was great. We got on Canada 2 where Ernie is the Captain. He was great
