Carnival Glory Cruise Review to Caribbean - Western
Review SummaryDespite the fact that I had to wait in line for 2 hours to even get on the boat. Then once on the boat get squished for another 2 hours because they couldn't get everyone's attention long enough to get outside for the safety lesson. The staff on the ship was great, and everything was extremely clean (with the exception when the staff had to do a "monthly emergency drill").
That being said if you don't like to eat constantly, drink (at very expensive prices), play bingo, or gamble this is a huge disappointment. The entertainment was ok at best and the cruise director was so annoyingly cheerful that I understood why they don't allow weapons on the boat. The waitresses were constantly up our butts trying to sell us drinks. There wasn't enough chairs for people to layout in, and the pools and hot tubs were always too full to go near.
We chose this trip based on where it was going and unfortunately didn't listen to suggestions from friends about avoiding this cruise line. I will never cruise Carnival again.
