First and Last Cruise on Carnival

Sail Date: November 01, 2009

Reviewed: 7 years ago

Traveled As: Singles/Friends

Room Type: Balcony

The Glory is overdue for an overhaul. We were told it is going in at the end of the year.

Pros: a day on the beach at Costa Maya

Cons: a port of call at Belize City

Recommends Carnival Glory? No.

Ship Quality
A 2000 passenger ship with 3000 passengers
Service and Staff
Some staff were downright rude - ie -cabin steward would not respond to a request unless he was assigned to your cabin.
Entertainment
Food and Dining
Food was OK but doesn't measure up to RCCL
Cabin / Stateroom
Typical cruise stateroom, cramped but functional.
