Not the best cruise I've ever been on

Sail Date: February 28, 2009

Reviewed: 8 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

We were very disappointed with this being our 5th cruise, the third on Carnival. We did not receive what we requested and information lacked severly. A most disappointing trip for our daughter's 21st birthday not to say embarrassing since we had built it up to her boyfriend. Everything that could, id go wrong. No plans to re-book with Carnival or agent.

Pros: coming home

Cons: room, lack of handicap access, food

Recommends Carnival Glory? No.

Cabin / Stateroom
Small, extremely inaccessible to handicap.
Food and Dining
Dining room was fine, buffet often did not have food left at breakfast and many repeat items daily
Ship Quality
Service and Staff
Information regarding shore excursions very little
Nassau, Bahamas
Stores were closed on Sunday. shore excursion not what we were told. I became injured as a resuld of poor information
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
Once again we had to hire a private individual to take us around as shuttles, taxis etc we not handicap accesible
Philipsburg, St. Maarten
Like this port but once again ran into problems with accessibility
