The ports of call were great. The ship was real nice, but the service was the worst of any of the carnival ships we have been on.(Fascination, Destiny and the Victory) We went on this cruise during Thanksgiving week, hoping to celebrate the holiday with family, but the cruise line failed to put the other members of our party together. We "linked" the other parties over six months ago but that didn't matter to Carnival. Very poor!!

Service and Staff

The waiter that served us in the evening was excellent, and was the only one that helped us get family close to us. The breakfast service was awful, one morning they didn't even bring the item that i ordered bringing pancakes instead saying the french toast would take to long. The next morning we had to ask twice for danish , and asked another waiter for help he told us to be "patience, your waiter is working hard for you". So when the french toast finally did come out the syrup was no where to be found and either was our waiter. Ten minutes passed and i finally got up complained to the person in charge and went to the buffet!

We had a suite and the room was real nice, the room steward took real good care of the room and us!

Pros: ship was amazing

Cons: service in dining room for breakfast
