Getting from one end of this ship to the other is next to impossible. The staff is far and away the least friendly or helpful of any of the 8 cruises we have taken. This was, however, our first and last with Carnival. If you have ever sailed with Royal Caribbean or Celebrity, you will most likely be very dissappointed with this ship. If you are considering this cruise, don't say you weren't warned.

Food and Dining

The food was, at best, average. Some nights it was less than that. Service was next ot non-existent. The one bright spot was EMERALDS, the pay extra dining experience. It was truly worth the $30 each it cost. Actually, better than Royal Caribbean's pay extra restaurant.

Entertainment

I have sat through more entertaining third grade Christmas programs.

Service and Staff

You should consider it an honor if any of the staff offers you any assistance at all. If you take this cruise, plan on going it alone.

The room was okay.

Pros: Boarding process

Cons: Just about everything else

Recommends Carnival Glory? No.
