The Shore excursion desk was great! I had problems with the Guest service desk. Once I was onboard I Made changes to my cabins. And everyday after that I had charges put on one of my cabins that was not ours and had to visit guest services everyday with long lines. Not what I enjoy doing.

With the number of Platinum and Diamond guests, they were busy but always cordial and friendly. They would take time to chat when there were no lines (happened often).
