Overall enjoyed the cruise. Met great new friends. Some staff are not at all interested in passengers enjoyment and seem to just come to work to get paid. If you inform anyone of a poor experience your input is dismissed.

I had an amazing and relaxing vacation that I needed after being away for two years. My recommendation is take a reviews (mine included) with a grain of salt. I had exactly the restful and relaxing vacation I was hoping for and my wife really enjoyed herself which is probably the most important thing for me. If you need anything ask someone because they went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable vacation. I will definitely be back when I can get another break in my work schedule. Also don’t be afraid to talk to other people. We had a lot of fun just talking with other cruise guests and the staff and made lots of new friends. Hope to meet more in the future.

This was my 4th cruise and my husband's 7th. We always make the best of our vacation. We were not pleased with the Casino but still had a great time.

Went on the tour mainly to relax after hectic holiday season. Very comfortable, convenient and relaxing. Nice not to have to fly somewhere with flights overbooked and canceled. Convenient drive. Will do it again but will probably choose a different ship and check to see if more entertainment is offered.

Carnival Freedom was our very first cruise. We did not know what to expect, but we were VERY pleasantly surprised. We had such an enjoyable time that we did not want to come home, and we are currently planning our next cruise. For anyone hesitant about cruising, don't be...just book one!

Vegetarian food quality was bad, not many options available

Horrible experience!! Cabin HOT! No day activities! One activity was ADULT COLORING. Slept for 2 days and watch same movies over and over with 4 people in a Hot room. Missed 2 ports. Called customer care said they would not give ANY refunds. Many people were there for graduation and wedding. Completely disappointed on the cruise experience and how they handled this situation. My family was EXCITED about our vacation like everyone else. This will be the last Time we EVER go on carnival. Also after missing 2 ports, carnival cruise members kept pushing to spend more money on the ship. Picture, drinking, shopping. It was ridiculous. The only thing good about this cruise, was the hard working staff. Meaning servers, housekeeping and food service. Same food choices over and over. All unhealthy and fattening.

The crew director and crew were amazing. With all the fun and excitement they created it helped deter from the fact that we did not get to port or that we were in troubled weather. I would take this cruise all over again.

Missed 2 of 3 ports spent days floating in storms. Heavy rocking. Poor entertainment and lack.of it. Poor food quality. If you dont eat seafood or mushrooms it will be slim on choices! Carnival has not offered anything for poor experience.

My last cruise was much better than this one. Enjoyed the food much better.

I feel like carnival did not care that we didn't get to stop at two of the ports we where suppose to. No reimbursements for anything. I'm Not happy about that

Disembarkation was a nightmare. Blueguana food stand was awesome: very friendly guys and excellent food.

We didn’t make two of our ports bc of the horrible weather and bc of the weather my parents were sea sick more nights than not. Unfortunately it was a pretty crummy cruise but we did get to go to costa Maya which was very nice and the weather was perfect. My dad declared it the best port ever. (Maybe bc we had been out at sea in the stormy weather for 3 days haha!) the cruise fun squad had tons of things for us to do since we were stuck at sea longer than expected.

I always love the longer cruises. The crew and ship are nice.

Lost Excursions Sucked but We Were With 3 Long Time Friends That Make Life So Much Better!

We had a wonderful time on this ship and in half moon cay.

The cruise went great it was so much fun with TJ as our cruise Director and we were with some great friends and made some new friends also

First time to Freeport, is nice away from the port and the local people are great to deal with.
