Our itinerary changed due to the coronavirus scare so we missed Jamaica and Grand Cayman. Went to Key West and Belize instead. But Carnival made it up to us with free drinks one evening AND a $200 per cabin on board credit.

My one and only goal was to swim in clear blue oceans, was very disappointed we didn't get to go to Jamaica and Grand Cayman. Cozumel saved my Vacation, I got to swim in crystal blue waters🏖

Could have been a little better...the seas where rough and they had to change 2 of our ports. The hole reason for this cruise was to spend our wedding anniversary on a beach in Jamaica...that did not happen.

I loved and enjoyed everything about the cruise only bad thing about it is I had to leave... I can’t remember how to spell the name to the one that worked on my cabin1258, I even brought his card home with me but I have lost it... But anyways he is the sweetest young man I have meet in a long time.. tell him thank you for me again.. I truly miss him... thank you to everyone, you all are wonderful....

It was a great week to get away and we overall enjoyed the cruise. Disappointed we weren't able to get to Belize but they made a short stop in Costa Maya Mexico on the return trip to help make up for that lost stop. Overall, I don't think we'll be sailing Carnival again due to the poor evening meal choices and food in general. If you plan on sailing Carnival, thoroughly research the ship before making your reservations.

It was awesome! We were unable to dock in Belieze, due to a storm and rough waters, but we rerouted to Costa Maya, Mexico. It was gorgeous there as well.

Not the greatest cruise...hot cabin, food wasn't great, muster drill was so late and everyone missed the sail a way, entertainment couldn't sing, crafts were crazy hard, deli prepared their sandwiches in advanced and the bread was stale every time! Tour was a scam. Steward was great, wait staff was great, Caroline Picard, Punchliner Comedy Club, was incredible!

Overall it was a great time. This was cruise #7 for us and we had fun and enjoyed the cruise. We like the Freedom (it was our 4th time sailing on the Freedom) and the staff and overall experience was great.

The cruise was terrific. Our only complaint was the Latin music that was VERY loud until 11 or 12 at night that kept us and our friends up. (Our friends were next door in room 6373.)

Loved the ports of call. The ship is easy to get around on and super clean. Great staff.

Ports were awesome. In my opinion Costa Maya was smaller and didn’t offer to much.

We went with a large group (18) ages 4-45. Every one had a great time and we are all looking forward to our next cruise.

TJ was a great cruise director. Our wait staff was wonderful and everyone was very friendly. I can’t wait to go back!

It was a great cruise! We had a great time all staff on board was great friendly ship was very clean. It was great that they disinfected everything everyday to keep us safe from being sick can’t wait to go another cruise with carnival

Was one of the best vacations we have been on. They wheelchair me on and off the ship. There were no surprises. The food was exceptional in the your time dinning room. Room service was very good. Ordered about ten times breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They came at the time we were told. Aleksandra, a waitress in the casino was the best hostess I have ever seen. When she took your drink order, you had it back in less than ten minutes. The Captain of the ship, even came by our table just to talk. He was all over the place. All ships officers were all friendly.
