It was our first cruise and it was just right. We had plenty of time to relax in the sun and do what we wanted. The staff was amazing and it was a much needed vacation.

Forced Gratuity, $10 day, 15% added to drinks , shore excersions way over priced. ship to glitzy, looks like a mis mash of decore.

The ship was very clean. Cruise director Ryan was entertaining and informative! Food was decent and plentiful! Layout was a bit confusing at first. Maybe put some signs up to help direct people?

AWESOME, WE HAD A REALLY GOOD TIME

I was in aye in the decorating thur out the ship. when you first inter there the lobby which is impressive with it piano. Everything was at your finger tips or around the corner. just which there where more maps stating names of places that you want to go and how to get there. Our cabin was very comfortable and love love the balcony. The bed linens where comfortable and warm.

Very pretty, and exceptionally clean, all staff was very helpful, courteous, and always working from cleaning to smiling to greeting.... just amazing how the whole crew was in tuned to helping us enjoy our experience.

We enjoyed our trip very much. Everyone was so nice and staff went out of their way to please. We did not enjoy the very agressive natives on the Jamaca stop. The falls were enjoyable but over priced. The ship was fabulous. We booked late and had to settle for deck one inside cabin. It was much more than we expected. Pools were a little cool for our liking.

I was very impressed with this ship. There was a large variety of delicious food and numerous activities and other entertainment going on everyday. I really liked the big screen on the open deck; it played movies at night and you could relax in the lounge chairs and enjoy. I also really liked the two decks that were adults only. It was very peaceful and not crowded. It had hammocks, couches, large circle lounge chairs, a bar, and two hot tubs--very relaxing. I was surprised to see that the ship also had a water slide, a mini golf course, and a basketball/volleyball court. The ship also had a very nice gym and spa, but the spa prices were too high for me.

The ship was nice and very contemporary. The public areas were clean and convenient. The room was very clean and they did a great job of keeping it that way. Loved the entertainment.

We booked this cruise for our 49th wedding aniversary. The agent told us that Carnival would celebrate our anniversay and they never did. It was quite a disappointment.

We recently sailed on the Freedom for the first time, and all I can say is "Wow!".

We love Carnival. The service is top notch and the food is really fresh and delicious. This is my 3rd Carnival cruise in 12 months and we're going again in December. This is the 2nd time in 6 months I've been on the Freedom and loved it both times.

This was our first cruise and it was a fantastic experience. The staff provided excellent service and the food was great. We had a stateroom with a balcony....the best way to enjoy a cruise.

ship was very clean and well maintained

This was our fourth cruise with Carnival and by far the Freedom was the worst in ranking. The best thing this trip was our food and food staff at the formal dining. Our Cabin was not cleaned at all one night and the nights it was cleaned it was a rush job. We had main two shows canceled due to technical difficulties. The only saving grace to the entertainment was they have added a lineup of comedians in a rear lounge. If you have a choice I would skip the Carnival Freedom and look at another ship.

The wait staff is amazing along with our room steward. everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would go on a carnival cruise again in a heart beat. Food was great and the entertainment was too.

The ship was very beautifu, comfortable beds, and amenities, lots of activites, great dining options, superb staff! The housekeeping and restaurant staff were the BEST!!!!!!!!

Slow and rude service. Bad food.
