Service was slow in dining room and cleaning of rooms. Several days room not cleaned before 3 or 4 p.m.

I have been on many cruises--several on Carnival --6 or 7- and was really dissappointed on the quality of the food. Food on buffett, grills, fish and chips, sushi and dining room was under expections. Staff was always working hard but not enough help to handle the number of guests on ship in ALL areas.

It was amazing to see how the entire crew work together to make everyone cruise enjoyable. The ship is cleaned top to bottom daily. Food was delicious. Be ready to gain a few pounds. Available to you is a gym ,spa, and a deck for jogging.Wonderful service great people!

Overall we had a good time and the week went by to fast.

This was our first cruise on Carnival and we were a bit hesitant about what to expect. Happily, our experience was totally positive! The ship was great, service stellar and the food better than our Royal Caribbean experience.

Very well maintained. Lots of staff to help, keep everything tidy. You can tell they've got it down to a science. Great activities for kids. If you want an effortless vacation, do this cruise!

I had never been on a cruise before and maybe my expectations were too high after people raved about them...but my experience was nice. I wouldn't say I had a "fabulous" time...but it was nice. It was something different.

The purpose of the cruise was to celebrate my wedding anniversary. When I check into the cabin there were two small beds, these bebs could not be move to make a full size, I reported this to the customer service desk and their attitude was that they was nothing they could do, but what it was more disturbing was how they handled the situation they were cold and they really did not care, I spoke to the person in charge and he told me in front of the other guess that the reason was because of the low rate I paid for the booking, needless to said this was embarrasing. The entire week I had to bring both mattresses down to the floor in order to sleep with my wife. I have taken 10 different cruise and I have never encounter such a disregard to help a customer. The attention of the waitress is not good on the deck or buffet floors. Only on the night dinner restaurant was better. The food on the buffet is terrible- i prefer hamburgers and hot dogs isnstead the buffet food. The only good one was the Mogolian Wook. At the room first night the up-beds was not open- so I need to call them, on the third , four and fift nigth my room was not clean- so I need to call every night to get clean towels.

Once again I was very happy with this cruise, number 5 and I'm sure more to come in the future. We had some family and friends from Australia come this last cruise and they were so happy they came on this cruise (their first). Thanks Carnival... see you again!!!

This was our first cruise, and our expectations were set too high based on family and friends who had been on other cruise lines. This was a "fun cruise," with a younger crowd (average age in the 30's) with lots of families, making for a different (louder, more chaotic) experience than other cruises with older guests would be.

This was my 2nd cruise with Carnival. I am still impress with how well they take care of us. The staff is the best.
