Overall was a good trip. Tried things I’ve never done before!
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Had an early embarkation time and arrived to port earlier than that. No lines to speak of. Once all activities in terminal were done, had to sit until my group number was called (maybe a little before actual embarkation time slot) to board ship. Everything went smoothly. A few in my party had to go to customer service in terminal , again no wait.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Main dining room was ok, staff was good, but food was often served lukewarm. The first night my party of 6 was split up (actually seated on different floors). In order to be seated together for dinner the remainder of cruise, had to switch to late dining. Did not like eating so late and made getting to shows difficult.
Did buffet for dinner last night of cruise and it was pretty bad (food choice, had to wait for items even though service was just starting). Lunch buffet was ok, got to breakfast buffet close to ending time so selection was again limited.
I really look forward to a tropical juice blend served at breakfast in buffet, but only found it on disembarkation day, and then it was overly sweet.
Guys and Seafood Shack (first time for me at SS) were amazing!
Guy's Burger Joint

Phenomenal as always! Even with long lines, service was quick and food served hot!
Seafood Shack

First time eating here. Food was good, and served hot. Wish it wasn’t an extra charge.
Lido Marketplace

Food selection not greatest at times I went, but cookies (when you could find them) were good! Food not always hot.
Alchemy Bar

Valentin, Johnson, and Tattilde (butchered the name, sorry) were amazing. Did a mixology class with them, great time!
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Spent time in Serenity area (another first) during slow times on ship, was very enjoyable. Only issue was when family with young children came up and no staff around to enforce 18+ rule.
Photo Gallery

A little disorganized, did not like searching through tons of pictures to find mine ( in past sign/sail cards scanned when pictures taken and the uploaded to your account), this time pictures were printed and sorted according to activity/location taken. Drop boxes conveniently located for pictures you did not want (which seems like a lot of waste time/paper/ink).
Babylon Casino
4 out of 5
Not crowded, not too smoky. Casinos not a big favorite of mine, but was for some in my group. Played some and came away a little ahead by end of cruise. Someone in my party had a casino offer and initially got runaround about redeeming it.
Hot Tubs
5 out of 5
My daughter and a member of our group did hot tub in Serenity area during Princess Cays port day and essentially had it all to themselves.
Serenity
5 out of 5
Visited on Princess Cay port day when most people were on island and was amazing, but difficult getting drinks initially. Also visited later in day on sea day, once again a very chill spot, bar closed early though.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Due to dining time only made it to Playlist production of 80’s music. Performers were good, special effects / backgrounds awesome, but overall show was just ok (felt more like a high school production at times). Fellow attendees (whom I did not know) made it a really good time!
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
Overall waiters and room steward were good. A few issues in dining room at dinners and at sea day brunch when waiters did not seem familiar with menu items (or had difficulty understanding requests for style of food prep).
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Fairly easy to navigate by second day. Common areas clean. A lot of areas seemed under utilized (never saw people in some lounges). Some bathroom stalls difficult to get in / out of due to size.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
First time with an interior cabin. A little on small side but doable. Was with my daughter so had twin bed configuration. My matress seemed to slide easily on frame, so I had to constantly adjust it when getting in/out. Bed seemed narrow to me , so was a bit wary when moving around in bed. Pillows, however, were great!
Very hot! Took cab outside terminal to Atlantis. Was disappointed that there was a cost to see/do anything there except spend money in casino. Took another cab to rum distillery and had lunch. A third cab took us to straw market across from terminal where we did some shopping. Total cost for all 3 cabs was under $20/person.
Got a cab to Jacks Shack for lunch. Returned to terminal for carnival purchased excursion. For some reason, bus / tram for excursion arrived late. Once onboard everything was rushed and time spent at stops seemed to be shortened in order to drop us back at terminal on time.
Everything went great, especially for those with passports (2 in my group were using birth certificates and their wait in line to walk out of terminal was a little longer).
