We traveled on this cruise as a family with young boys (4 and 5 years old). The cruise was exactly what we were looking for. Camp Ocean is phenomenal, and I highly recommend it! We were able to place our boys in childcare part of the day and enjoy lounging by the pool with a beverage and a book. The service staff (wait staff, room stewards) were also phenomenal -- incredibly helpful and always smiling. Don't forget to bring a tip for them!

When we arrived at embarkation, I had my identification documents in my baggage that we dropped off to be loaded on the boat. I immediately realized what I had done, but within five minutes, the bags had already been loaded. It took the crew more than THREE hours to find our bags, and we almost missed the boat. Those collecting bags should ask each person if they have their boarding documents and identification documents because it's quite impossible to find the suitcases once they've been loaded. We also did not receive several of our suitcases, and we had to go sift through storage to find them.

The ship needs more individuals manning the omelette station. Also, can we please increase the number of proteins that are available for vegetarians? I.E. avocado and fresh eggs instead of powdered ones?
