Review summary

It has been an adjustment cruising after COVID. It is clear that they are lacking with staff. The staff and food were low points but the high points were entertainment and the comedy club.

Embarkation

3 out of 5
It was extremely delayed. The port was taking extremely long to process the passengers getting off the ship. There isn't a lot of seating and many people were spread out across multiple chairs leaving minimal room for others.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The food was just alright. The lido seemed to have gone way down hill. The line was always at least 20-30 mins just to get food. The dining room was good. Service again was slow.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
The comedy club and shows were top notch as always. It seemed like they really cut back on activities since my last cruise.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Comedy club and shows were amazing

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
Most staff was amazing. However the service was very slow. The whole ship seemed as though they were new to the cruise industry.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Nice. Clean

Ship tip

I would say that it is important to arrive early to all dining.

Ports of call

Princess Cays (Cruise Line Private Island)

Nassau, Bahamas

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
We checked our bags which they said would allow us off the ship around 930am. It is now 10:30am and we still haven't been called for disembarkation. It is ridiculous.

The cruise line can't help that their crew needs to go home when their contract is up, and our wonderful administration is very backlogged issuing new Visas for new crew... they just got approved to come back on expired Visas... but this has been nothing new, a little homework on your part and you could have made an informed decision to go or reschedule 🤷‍♀️
