Not the greatest cruise...hot cabin, food wasn't great, muster drill was so late and everyone missed the sail a way, entertainment couldn't sing, crafts were crazy hard, deli prepared their sandwiches in advanced and the bread was stale every time! Tour was a scam. Steward was great, wait staff was great, Caroline Picard, Punchliner Comedy Club, was incredible!

Nice size, comfortable bed clean BUT it was hotter than the surface of the sun! Couldn't sleep, had 3 migraines due to lack of sleep and being overheated. Tried putting a wet washcloth on my forehead but it didn't help. Vent was falling out of the ceiling. Customer service did nothing. I was miserable!
Beautiful port, took the Top 10 Tour of Roatan and didn't go to the sites listed in the description. Tour guide kept trying to sell this miracle cure "Noni Juice" for $40 a bottle. Sold what she had on hand then went to a shady as hell shack so she could get more. Really...just really! Didn't go to the Rusty Fish like it said in the tour description because she said we didn't have time but we had time to get more Noni Juice!
A/C was on. I've been cruising since 1986 (Carnival's Carnivale). I've just never experienced so many substandard features. I hope they've been corrected. I respect and thank everyone for your comments.
I know this is an old post but going to answer anyway. Maybe you need to look into different style of vacation. Even through the not so great parts of cruising there's always good parts, but you make it sound like it's a scourge to cruise. Oh well peace to you anyway.
Sorry this cruise didn’t meet your expectations. Fortunately, I have never been on a cruise where the Deli pre-made their sandwiches. Hope your next cruise is better!🛳
