There were 12 of us in our group. We made memories and made the best of the situations. We all have only been on Royal Caribbean and our biggest disappointment was mainly the bartending staff, the limit on drinks, not being able to drink 1st day. Missing shows due to timing with dinner was very disappointing. Needless to say we will not be booking another Carnival cruise.

When I went in to get a broken nail repaired. My feet were hurting. I scheduled a foot massage with Kameka and felt so good afterwards. Kameka was fantastic !

I broke a nail on day 2 of the cruise went to salon for repair. I have dipped nails. They did not do dip, so Kameka did gel and it looked great and Kameka was awesome !

Shows were good, however we had late dining. The shows were not scheduled around late dinners at all. If we wanted to go to a show we had to skip dinner or go to show late or leave in the middle of the show

Bartenders were absolutely the worst I have ever experienced on a ship (except Joseph in casino bar). We would walk up to the bar and always have to wait forever for drinks. The worst was at the pool bar at back of ship they had 3 bartenders in there. One of them just standing there not waiting on anyone. Stood there almost 30 minutes before being acknowledged. The first day on the ship when our drink pkg was not in force. The bartenders were pushing drinks every 2 minutes coming up trying to sell you drinks. Day 2-7 I think they all went into hiding ! For the most part I felt like the bartenders HATED their job ! Room Steward was a 5 star. Our waiter (Henry) in dining room was great. I experienced a very rude condescending lady at guest relations who treated me like I was an idiot asking about my on-board credit that was not showing up on my account. She said it was there and was telling me how much I had left on it. I said it is not showing up on my account. She says it is there I can see it on my side. Ok that did me a lot of good for her to see it and not me. I wanted to split with my roommate take 1/2 off of mine and add to roommates. The way she talked to me like I was seriously bothering her. Royal Caribbean did this for me no problem. This lady said my travel agency should have done it and Carnival cannot do that? The next time I went to guest relations at 3am I had a very nice gentleman that waited on me. Loved the cruise director TJ he was very awesome.
Ship Quality

Layout of the ship was strange and took a few days to figure out how to navigate. Just was not open like previous ship I sailed. Not enough floors you could get on that went around the ship. Overall the ship seemed hot like the AC did not work well.
Cabin / Stateroom

Bed was very comfortable, the size of the room seemed bigger than previous rooms I had. The fridge actually got my drinks cold, loved the closets in the room felt like I stayed more organized. Room was clean. We did have a slight sewage odor walking down the hall. I could not smell in my room. Our room was extremely hot, glad we brought 2 fans.
Ship tip
dress cool because the ship is hot and be prepared to wait forever to get a drink and have rude bartenders. Also, prepare for dinners - they are long approx 2 hours long !
On Wednesday we did a free beach (cable beach) that was horrible. Not so free, pay for chairs, umbrellas, and got scammed on an all day drink pass. Paid 20.00 to drink until 5 out of a coconut that they would refill. Around 4 the guy we paid our 20.00 was no where to be found. So his other group of friends said he had to leave, but I will refill your drinks for the next hour for 10.00 more ! After a couple of us paid the 10.00 the original guy shows back up. We tell him what happened he said yes, they do that to get more money ! Thursday we went to Breezes resort it was a nice resort and we had a fantastic day there. All inclusive food and drinks. Very clean and the food was excellent ! Personnel top notch, everyone there was very friendly and customer service oriented.
