Always ate in the dining room. People just walking around the lido deck with swimming clothes, food was not safe to eat. Kids always around the food serving themselves no one washing hands.

Waiter Was Rude each night we ate as a group. Room Steward was not cleaning the room, always had to call desk service. Always giving us use towel, never change the sheets or vacuum the floor. Had to have management to come look and smell our room. Smell like he just piss on the floor.

We had to clean our own room. The towels placed in our room was always dirty and used. The Balcony was not clean. Bathroom smell like piss. Had to have management to come and look and smell our room. Armani was the worst Stateroom Steward.
Ship tip
When you walk into your room on day 1 and it’s not clean or smell funny, don’t touch nothing ask for management to come and look at the room. Ask for a different Steward also. Make sure 2 Steward will be in your room at cleaning time.
You should have explain when choosing the Island, the ship will stop in the middle of the ocean and you will have to catch a boat that will take 45min to reach the island. If we would have known this, we would not have pick this cruise. A refund or credit should be given!!!
I am confused is this Tropicgals review. Once again nice to see someone on here being honest about a review. If you don't give all thumbs up and how great everything is then maybe cruising ain't for you. I call B.S. on that... I am currently on an 8 day on the Freedom and my room is so damn Hot you can't sleep. I have been on multiple cruises and will continue to cruise but it's not always perfect.
I have been cruising since 1995 on several cruise lines. Not one time have I seen anything like you are describing. Like someone said, cruising may not be for you.
I really don't believe that the steward put dirty, used towels in your room. The Freedom was in dry dock the beginning of this year. I can't wait until I said on her next January to the Panama Canal!
Unless it your first cruise, who doesn't know that Belize is a tender port? Use of this app could have told you that. I also belive cruising may not be for you. I have never had the issues you have described.
Sounds to me like you should not do cruises for your vacation. Everyone know Belize is a tender port. You are also a germaphobe. The whole idea of a vacation is to relax and have fun, not to gripe about everything.
