Review summary

Overall great cruise and vacation! The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially in the dining areas. Things to improve: 1. Include hair conditioner in the cabins. 2. Lower drink package cost and/or increase daily limit. 3. More drink/pool attendants, especially on upper decks. 4. Get a fun DJ to pump up the crowd!

Delicious! The food was excellent! However, more food options should be available after hours other than pizza. The pizza was awesome but the sandwich place and perhaps the burger place would be nice 24 hours as well. My husband and I got up several nights for a late night snack and disappointed to only find pizza available on a cruise . . . : ( Also, the price for the drink package is very high. My suggestion would be to lower the cost or increase the daily limit from 15 to 20. Also, I understand the drink package can’t be used on embarkation and debarkation days. Suggestion: instead of omitting the entire day, offer the package after 7:00pm or once the ship has sailed and is out on open water. Maybe have the package end after 10:00am or just before the ship returns. I would’ve liked to have a specialty coffee on debarkation. Otherwise, it doesn’t seem fair to charge for a drink package when 2 out of the 7 days are ineligible. Lower the price for the drink package all together.

Yummy coffee and frappe! . . . Silly thing but, I wish they had dome lids for their cold Frapp drinks with whip cream. I wanted a lid for my cup.

The hot tubs were COLD and the bubble jets were broken on multiple tubs on deck. totally disappointed ☹️ I was looking forward to soaking in a HOT tub with relaxing jets. . . Didn’t happen. We entered the hot tub and I actually started to shiver a bit. We immediately got out and headed back to our cabin.

The entertainment could have been a bit better. The DJ was dull and had no interaction or enthusiasm with the crowd. The comedy shows were great, however!

The waiters and room stewards were friendly and helpful. :) My only complaint is not having enough ship personnel to take drink orders near the pool, especially on the upper decks. It was nearly impossible to get any ship personnel up there to take drink orders. . . They simply didn’t come up to the upper decks. This was very frustrating.

Feedback: please provide shampoo AND conditioner. The cabins have a shampoo and body wash dispenser but no conditioner. Spending a great deal of time at the pool and beach my hair was super dry and I had to go to the gift shop to buy conditioner which cost me nearly $18! Conditioner is essential for women. This should’ve been provided in the cabin.
