Review summary

Enjoyed all the ships amenities. They were fantastic. The only complaints I would have were most of the coffee urns didn't keep coffee hot, lukewarm at best. Also, free beverages were only available on deck 9, Lido deck. Would be nice and more accommodating if they could also be on other decks. Deck 5 casino area too much smoke to breathe in and very unpleasant to sit and relax listening to musicians play in same area. Also too much emphasis on viewing and purchasing diamonds in ships store.

Wonderful experiences with all of the staff. Ons Azizi and Janeth Salas very helpful to us to resolves any issues we had. Our stateroom steward Agung was super. We only ate in Posh Restaurant 1 night, last night because we were assigned late dining 8:15 and that wasn't acceptable as late eating causes us stomach issues at night. Ivana and Marchis at main desk check in found us a table at early dining and we were most grateful. Our server Pattria was fantastic and met and exceeded our expectations.

Thoroughly check out the excursion descriptions. We were very disappointed in the Grand Cayman excursion we choose.

Be sure to eat at Shrimp and Stuff. So good. Stayed at Scottish Inn before cruise and loved it. Very nice and clean and great staff.

Disembarkation

Waiting on the ship for our deck to be called seemed endless and no comfortable place to wait. Long lines and difficult to stand for old people. Staff was very helpful and friendly though.
