Wonderful Time in the Eastern Caribbean

Sail Date: February 01, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

It is a lovely ship and well-maintained. The crew was great\, and our wait staff in the Posh DR (Salvatore and Villya) were outstanding. We certainly hope to see them again on a cruise.

Pros: Great shows\, food and crew

Cons: No Guy's Burgers or Blue Iguana Grill and Bar. :(

Recommends Carnival Freedom? Yes!

Ship Quality
Up or down stairs or changing elevators to get to the Posh Dining Room was difficult for some of the disabled travelers. I love the Conquest sized ships.
Food and Dining
Posh Dining Room (Salvatore and Villya!!!) and great food there\, plus the best Lido buffet we have seen in a couple of years!!
Cabin / Stateroom
Fore cabin\, Lido level\, almost at the front!! Heaven!! And the steward was excellent.
Service and Staff
Entertainment
Best shows in several years\, great band\, great shows around the ship. \"Legends\" is a bit tired\, though - who cares about \"9 to 5\" or Brittany Spears today?
